A deposit is required within one week of booking and full balance is due one month prior to beginning of your holiday.

Please note that deposits are non refundable.

Balance payments are only refundable when cancelled by the customer one month before the holiday date.

We will provide the opportunity to choose alternate dates or the option of a voucher to the value of your stay to use at your convenience and subject to availability.

If the break is cancelled by Pembrokeshire Tipis, then alternate dates or a refund may be available, subject to circumstances.

We strongly advise customers to take out appropriate travel insurance in case of cancellations, weather etc

Our Tipis are not 100% waterproof. The weather on the Pembrokeshire coast can be very wet and windy at times and although we do our very best to keep the Tipis dry, there will be times when with driving wind and rain, they will  get slightly wet and the canvas will flap. We have waterproofed each tipi to ensure they will stay as dry as possible.
